Volleyball Beginner Class
October 22, - December 23, 2007

This class is for the novice volleyball player. We will focus on the fundamentals (serving, underhand and overhand passing, attacking and blocking), game concepts, and footwork. This camp is ideal for the player whose interest in volleyball is growing and is eager to learn.
Volleyball 201 (Intermediate)
October 22 – December 23, 2007
Sundays 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
This class is designed with the experienced high school/club player in mind. The class is fast paced and drill focused with an emphasis on technique and execution. There will be controlled scrimmages at the end of each class. Perfect for the athlete who wants to prepare for the upcoming season.
